Strategic Operations Manager

The Strategic Operations Manager will be responsible for driving special projects and strategic tasks at Wolt. This will involve analyzing data, designing and executing projects with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful completion of action items on target deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a top consulting firm or 6 years or more of experience in project/team management in a hyper-growth company or startup with cross-functional team collaboration experience.
  • A strong command of English and excellent commercial and strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to run multiple projects and teams simultaneously with minimal supervision.
