Chief of Staff - Startup (Berlin/hybrid)

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our founders to drive commercial efficiency and growth. Your primary goal will be to lead strategic projects across Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with our founders and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to identify and implement commercial initiatives that drive company growth.
  • Project Leadership: Manage projects in the areas of Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, with a focus on efficiency and growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure that all commercial activities are aligned with our company goals.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Analyze market trends and customer requirements to drive sustainable growth.
  • Growth Initiatives: Support the development of new sales and go-to-market strategies, optimize existing processes, and foster expansion into new markets.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in a similar role (3/4 years), preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or management consulting, with a focus on commercial operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ambitious and eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
  • Fluent in German and English skills are essential.
