Senior Project Manager for Construction Projects

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at TGMC Management Consulting GmbH. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, minutes, and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools.
