About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Construction in Existing Buildings to join our team at BREMER AG. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects in existing buildings across the northern region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate the technical aspects of construction projects
  • Conduct site assessments and develop concepts for renovations in existing buildings
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and contractually compliant project outcomes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on building-related matters

About You

  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with a strong background in construction management
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on construction and renovation
