About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at STRABAG AG. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in the pipeline and plant construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Knowledge of construction laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
