At Villeroy & Boch, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences to our end consumers. From online research to showroom visits and individual bathroom planning, we offer multiple touchpoints with our brand. If you're passionate about user experience, CRO, and consumer satisfaction, this role may be your next challenge:
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing and improving the overall experience of our consumers with our Bath & Wellness products and services along the value chain.
- You will stay up-to-date on consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, utilizing insights to enhance the consumer experience. If necessary, you will conduct analysis and research to gather information.
- You will create interactions and ensure satisfaction throughout the consumer journey with a positive attitude.
- In a trainer function, you will educate colleagues on consumer-centric best practices and the importance of delivering exceptional experiences.
- You will define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consumer satisfaction and engagement, as well as monitor customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Your Profile
- As a professional & manager in a consumer-facing role, such as customer service, sales, or marketing (FMCG), you have gained 3 – 5 years of experience.
- You have a strong understanding of consumer experience principles and best practices, following the rule "quality is when the consumer shops again".
- You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product management, sales, and customer service.
- Your English skills are great, and your German is ziemlich gut. French is beneficial.
- You have completed your master studies with a focus in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or you have equivalent work experience).
