Asset Manager – Skypark Business Center Position

Key Responsibilities

The Asset Manager – Skypark Business Center will be responsible for ensuring the sustainable value management of our real estate assets, including budget planning and control, performance management of rental units, and preparation of reports for department management and the owners' committee.

Additionally, the Asset Manager will participate in the planning and management of maintenance and renovation of rental units, support the management and monitoring of real estate assets and facilities management, and proactively identify, manage, and implement value-added projects.

The Asset Manager will also conduct lease negotiations with interested parties or their representatives, prepare lease agreements and amendments, and implement and optimize marketing and leasing strategies.

Furthermore, the Asset Manager will manage and monitor external partners, proactively drive digital and technical innovations to increase the value of assets under management, and optimize internal processes.

The Asset Manager will be the first point of contact for our tenants' wishes and needs.

Required Profile

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in real estate management, real estate economics, business administration, or equivalent experience, with a background in asset management.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Asset Management, with significant experience in real estate management and marketing being a plus.

The candidate should have excellent negotiation and communication skills, be able to recognize market potential, and be professionally and personally involved in tenant-related projects.

The candidate should also have knowledge of the real estate laws in place in Luxembourg, the local real estate market, and experience in preparing DCF/NPV calculations.
