At Villeroy & Boch, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. As a Consumer Experience Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and creating unforgettable moments for our end consumers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve consumer satisfaction and loyalty across the value chain.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest consumer behavior trends and preferences, and utilize insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consumer satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide training and education to colleagues on consumer-centric best practices and the importance of delivering exceptional experiences.
Your Ideal Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in a consumer-facing role, such as customer service, sales, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer experience principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English, with German and French language skills a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
