Your Key Responsibilities

  • You'll be responsible for managing and improving the overall experience of our customers with our Bath & Wellness products and services, from initial contact to delivery.
  • You'll stay up-to-date on the latest consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, using insights to inform and improve our customer experience.
  • You'll create engaging interactions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire journey.
  • In a trainer function, you'll educate colleagues on consumer-centric best practices and the importance of delivering exceptional experiences.
  • You'll define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and engagement, tracking interactions across various channels.

Your Profile

  • You'll bring 3-5 years of experience in a consumer-facing role, such as customer service, sales, or marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer experience principles and best practices.
  • You'll be a team player, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Your English skills are excellent, and your German is proficient, with French being a plus.
  • You'll have a master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
