Job Title: Brand Manager

Are you a marketing expert looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a Brand Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Brand Manager to develop and drive stories and campaign strategy for Europe Central (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As a Brand Manager, you'll create, implement, and drive well-rounded local marketing plans in line with business unit and regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive brand growth and awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute influencer campaigns and overall influencer strategy.
  • Balance consumer demand and shopper conversion across ATL and BTL channels.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of themes and prepare action plans.
  • Drive marketing innovation and effectiveness through structured review of channel and touchpoint performance.
Requirements:
  • Several years of work experience in Brand/Product Management/Communications or related experience in Marketing Management.
  • Strong track record in developing integrated marketing plans.
  • Extensive experience in planning and execution of (digital) media strategies.
  • Proven track record in business management of brands and products.
  • Strong background in Influencer Marketing.
  • Strong drive, business sense, and strategic skills.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Proactive and ability to perform independently.
  • English & German - proficient in speaking and writing.
