Red Bull is a leading global brand that embodies the spirit of adventure and passion. We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing Graduate to join our team in Germany.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our highly professional teams and contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns.

As a Brand Marketing Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the team in designing and executing impactful consumer activations, generating insights and new ideas, and understanding the meaning and power of occasion messaging.

You will also have the chance to develop a deep understanding of the department's direction, help and challenge to sell, and join the trade marketing colleagues to understand the POS tool cycle.

Additionally, you will get to know the field work by supporting the field team in a specific sales drive/mission and join a key account team to jointly work on a customer/project.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, proven excellence in their academic life, and relevant work or internship experience. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, an open and solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the team in designing and executing innovative consumer activations
  2. Generate insights and new ideas by thinking creatively and analytically
  3. Understand the meaning and power of occasion messaging and support the team for excellence execution of our 360° brand campaigns
  4. Develop a deep understanding of the department's direction and help and challenge to sell
