Job Title: Brand Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving stories and campaign strategy for Europe Central, considering the specific needs of the markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement well-rounded local marketing plans in line with business unit and regional strategy, especially for the themes within the main responsibility.
  • Execute influencer campaigns and overall influencer strategy, balancing the need to create consumer demand and shopper conversion across ATL and BTL in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
  • Plan and monitor the performance of themes, prepare and take actions to drive marketing innovation and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with other audience teams and LEGO Masterbrand on overall portfolio storylines, key deliverables, and commonalities.

Requirements:

  • Several years of work experience in Brand/Product Management/Communications or related experience in Marketing Management.
  • Strong track record in the development of integrated marketing plans, extensive experience in planning and execution of (digital) media strategies.
  • Proven track record in business management of brands and products, monitoring performance, and building action plans.
  • Strong background in Influencer Marketing, excellent communication and networking skills, and proactive ability to perform independently.
  • English & German - proficient in speaking and writing.
