Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute engaging narratives and campaign strategies specifically designed for the Central European market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Develop and implement thorough local marketing strategies that align with business unit and regional objectives, focusing on targeted themes
  • Effectively manage influencer campaigns and strategies
  • Balance consumer demand with shopper conversion through collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Evaluate theme performance and drive marketing innovation through analysis of channels and touchpoints
  • Work in conjunction with audience teams and the LEGO Masterbrand to ensure alignment on portfolio narratives and key deliverables

Your Impact

As a member of our Marketing Team, you will collaborate with skilled marketers to translate global strategies into localized marketing initiatives for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your contributions will play a vital role in inspiring the builders of tomorrow by managing the complete marketing toolkit and working alongside various teams and partners.

Key Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Brand/Product Management/Communications or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated success in developing integrated marketing strategies
  • Strong foundation in (digital) media strategy planning and execution
  • Expertise in influencer marketing and business management
  • Proven business acumen, strategic thinking, and a strong drive
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and language skills (English & German)
