Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manager - Safety & Operations Excellence Consulting to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioural based safety, PSM, or operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify client safety and productivity challenges and develop effective solutions
- Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioural based safety, PSM, or operational excellence
- Develop and implement solutions to improve client safety and productivity
- Manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships
- Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, Business, or Occupational Psychology
- Experience in management consulting with a focus on operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change
- Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives
- Experience managing complex projects from end to end for small or large engagements
- Deep understanding of subject matters around safety or operational excellence and ability to leverage it externally
- Fluent German speaker with proficiency in English and ability to communicate with a wide range of cultures and nationalities
- Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
