Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Manager to lead our Safety and Operations Excellence Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify client safety and productivity challenges and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of consultants to analyse client metrics and observations, and create solutions to meet their needs
  • Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop effective solutions
  • Lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture, PSM, or operational excellence
  • Develop and mobilize team work plans to deliver effectively
  • Build team capabilities and deliver better value to clients
  • Manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, Business, or Occupational Psychology
  • Experience in management consulting with exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change
  • Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants
  • Experience managing complex projects from end to end
  • Deep understanding of subject matters around safety or operational excellence
  • Fluent German speaker with proficiency in English and ability to communicate with diverse cultures
  • Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
