Project Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team at ENGIE as a Project Procurement Specialist.
As part of our commitment to sustainability and carbon neutrality, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the commercial aspects of construction projects and service orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Participating in the procurement of materials and subcontractor services, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge.
- Overseeing invoicing, receivables, and guarantees management with customers and subcontractors, maintaining accurate records and resolving disputes.
- Executing basic commercial tasks, general correspondence, and project-related special assignments, demonstrating a high level of organizational and time management skills.
- Actively participating in projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives.
- Independently executing various tasks within the project team, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Your profile – you should bring:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, commercial law, or a related discipline.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of facility management, facility services, technical building management, or the construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A communicative personality with a passion for teamwork, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A responsible, goal-oriented, and independent way of working, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
