Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, taking ownership of the entire sales process from initial contact to closed deal.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to maximize sales opportunities and drive customer satisfaction. Collaboration with our product and marketing teams will be crucial in developing compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Your contributions will play a vital role in helping set and achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will manage the sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Embracing our culture of proactiveness, respect, and performance, you will be an all-around great team member who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS startups and/or the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence buying decisions.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to capitalize on them.
- Strong grasp of IT systems and the interplay between different solutions, processes, and APIs.
- Experience managing sales teams and driving performance through coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Fluency in German is required.
