Senior Sales Leader

Job Summary:
As a Senior Sales Leader at CSA Group, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to regional Customer Care Specialists and Key Account Managers. Your primary goal will be to motivate and promote cross-selling and superior customer service, ensuring that commercial objectives and targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop regional CCSs and KAMs to achieve commercial objectives
- Motivate and promote cross-selling and superior customer service
- Act as a decision-maker to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints
- Contribute to strategic direction through customer understanding and business environment analysis
- Execute promotional campaigns and review sales processes for efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in business administration, sales, or marketing
- 10 years of technical sales experience with a proven ability to exceed goals
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
