Global Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at CSA Group. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities- Sales Process Management: Respond promptly to all inquiries, present information, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Provide CSA Group information to prospective contacts, determine client needs, and relay necessary information to operations.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare cost proposals of services for clients, using applicable questionnaires & worksheets, and send proposals to clients.
- Operations Support: Assist with opening application files, completing documentation, and maintaining accurate client files.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the Marketing team to provide administrative support for trade shows, coordinate mailings, and gather competitive information.
- Education: Post-secondary education required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience.
- Skills: Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications; excellent verbal & written communication skills; fluent in English and German; detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
