Experienced Construction Manager Wanted for Private Real Estate Company

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at The People Finding Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the company's interests in the construction process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Plan and implement maintenance and modernization projects to maintain the value of our properties.
- Stay up-to-date with current building codes and regulations, including fire safety and energy efficiency standards.
- Manage and oversee contractors, handymen, and other service providers to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Monitor and control budgets for assigned properties, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and within approved limits.
- Plan and implement new construction projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that all work is being carried out to the required standard.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective.
- Source and select suitable contractors and suppliers for construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact the project.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in construction management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
