Job Description

As a Frischespezialist, you will be responsible for managing the fresh food department, including purchasing, marketing, and sales. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that the store is stocked with high-quality products and that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the fresh food department, including purchasing, marketing, and sales
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to select high-quality products and negotiate prices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of products
  • Manage the inventory of fresh food products, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
  • Ensure that all products are stored and displayed in a clean and attractive manner
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
