We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator (m/w/d) for our Facility Management team at Wilhelm Layher GmbH & Co KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various projects related to facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements, including documentation and testing
- Prepare and manage project reports, dashboards, and other relevant documentation
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project communication and stakeholder management
Requirements:
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as construction management or engineering
- Proven experience in project coordination, management, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in project management tools and software a plus
