We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator (m/w/d) for our Facility Management team at Wilhelm Layher GmbH & Co KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various projects related to facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements, including documentation and testing
  • Prepare and manage project reports, dashboards, and other relevant documentation
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project communication and stakeholder management

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as construction management or engineering
  • Proven experience in project coordination, management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in project management tools and software a plus
