Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator (m/w/d) for our Facility Management team at Wilhelm Layher GmbH & Co KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing new construction and renovation projects, as well as internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence
• Coordinate and manage external service providers and contractors
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Identify and pursue opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or facilities management industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in project management software and tools
