Capital Market Strategist with Equity Story Development

We are seeking a Capital Market Strategist (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. As a key member of our Investor Relations department, you will be responsible for shaping E.ON's capital market positioning and communication. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of capital market communications, including quarterly earnings calls, presentation development, Q&A preparation, internal approval loops, roadshows, conferences, and Annual General Meetings
  • Taking a leadership role in developing E.ON's equity story, ESG positioning, and overall capital market strategy
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE FINANCIAL COMMUNITY, INCLUDING DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH INVESTORS AND SELL-SIDE ANALYSTS
  • Independently preparing and participating in investor conferences and roadshows with and without senior management
  • Analyzing analyst reports, sector developments, and company valuation models, including managing capital market expectations

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior management team and develop strategic messages that convey our company's vision and values.

Requirements
  • (Postgraduate) or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or comparable studies with a focus on finance or strategy, preferably with further training in Investor Relations or Financial Analysis
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience required or relevant professional experience in investor relations, sell-side equity research, or other financial capital markets
  • Strong storytelling and visualization skills, and ability to understand, analyze, summarize, and articulate financial data
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills across different hierarchy levels
  • Ability to deliver strategic messages and interact with senior management
  • High learning agility and a can-do attitude, high ambition, and intrinsic motivation
  • Strong customer and service orientation and ability to represent the company professionally
  • Impeccable written and spoken English language skills

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €90,000 to €120,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience, plus a wide range of benefits, including flexible working hours, home office options, and comprehensive training programs.
