At Chenbro GmbH, we're seeking a dynamic Sales Revenue Growth Manager to drive new opportunities and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a sales-centric self-starter, operating at scale with agility and accountability. This role will focus on sales opportunities across system integrators and distributors in EMEA, ensuring revenue and gross margin objectives are met.

About the Role

As a Sales Revenue Growth Manager, you will develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include sales account planning, sales forecasting, and engaging cross-functional resources to align with customer requirements. You will also provide in-depth analysis on customer-level issues and deliver resolution recommendations, staying current with server market industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Additional responsibilities include attending sales meetings, training programs, and exhibitions as required, providing weekly sales reports, and maintaining a strong understanding of server, computer, and data center businesses. You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, effectively developing expectations and relationships with internal and external customers. Your ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently with little supervision will be essential.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in ME, engineering, business, or related experiences. You should have 3+ years of hardware sales experience in the Server/Computer industry, with a strong understanding of Server/Storage/Data-center business. Your ability to communicate fluently in German and English is essential, as is your ability to work independently with little supervision. Travel may be required within Europe and internationally.

What We Offer

At Chenbro GmbH, we offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
