Description

Main Task & Assignments

  • Drive OEM and aftermarket sales revenue growth and achieve assigned profitability targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales coverage and execute territory administration to support business objectives.
  • Implement Varex sales processes to optimize sales performance.
  • Analyze and understand the implications of sales strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company effectively in customer interactions.
  • Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
  • Determine methods and procedures for new assignments and review them with others.
  • Exemplify Varex professionalism in all interactions.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Skills

  • Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology industry knowledge.
  • Product knowledge and ability to conduct presentations.
  • Organizational acumen, time, and territory management skills.
  • Responsiveness and reliability.
  • Independent attitude.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and selling skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office and SalesForce.
  • Fluency in English, both speaking and writing, with other languages desired.
  • Ability to travel frequently.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience.
  • +10 years of related sales experience.
