About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our Speciality Polyamides Business in Germany.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting low carbon footprint biobased and recycled materials in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate commercial issues and sign respective contracts with customers.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate sales records and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales support, R&D, and marketing, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, sales, or marketing.
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in an industrial company, preferably with coatings and polyamides.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German, English, and French.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements.
