About the Role:

Mentor Talent Acquisition is seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager - Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and optimize website content accordingly
  • Manage and execute on-site and off-site SEO roadmaps to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content marketing strategies that support SEO goals
  • Conduct regular analysis of website performance and provide data-driven insights to inform SEO strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices to ensure our website remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO management, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
