About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at LIZ Smart Office GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our search engine advertising (SEA) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to drive business growth and increase online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEA and SEO strategies to improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for B2B target audiences, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.

  • Conduct regular keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize existing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that drive business results.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Plausible Analytics, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective and competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEA and SEO.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.

  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
