The Role: Search Manager
As a Search Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic management of our paid search campaigns across Google and Apple platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and achieve ambitious business objectives.
- Campaign Performance & Growth: Oversee the performance of all paid search campaigns, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive continuous improvement and growth across channels.
- Technical Expertise & Optimization: Provide technical guidance on search engine marketing best practices, including keyword research, bid management, budget allocation, account structure optimization, and A/B testing. Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytical tools and data insights to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement. Conduct in-depth performance analysis, generate actionable reports, and present findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
- Innovation & Testing: Drive a culture of experimentation by implementing A/B testing strategies and exploring new search marketing tactics. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to identify potential growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
- In-depth understanding of search engine marketing principles, including keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools such as Google Ads and Apple Search Ads. Experience with other analytics platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
