About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our Vendor Support team at METRO Markets GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our vendors, ensuring their success on our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to vendors on post-sales issues, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Continuously improve and document our processes, driving efficiency and quality in our operations.
  • Monitor the delivery performance of vendors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for vendor service escalations from our Customer Service department.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a university course, with a strong academic record.
  • Availability to work approximately 16-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate studies.
  • First working experiences, even in a different setting, are highly valued.
  • A structured and organized approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent/Native level communication skills in German and English, with French being a plus.
  • Additional European languages are beneficial.
