You will engage in challenging tasks across areas such as Cyber Security, IT Forensics, Data Protection, and Penetration Testing, enhancing your expertise while contributing your skills effectively.
Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to make the digital world safer? As a Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work between 3 to 19.5 hours per week, and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks, contributing to:
- Assisting our IT security specialists in analyzing and documenting attacks and attack patterns, as well as identifying and neutralizing malware.
- Collaborating with your team on investigations of IT security incidents and participating in the implementation of initial and countermeasures (e.g., Incident Response following a hacking incident).
- Supporting digital forensics efforts by securing data and digital evidence, recovering deleted files, and aiding in the identification of signs of economic crime.
- Advising our clients on enhancing their responsiveness to security incidents and strategies for prevention and early detection.
- Actively participating in the development and implementation of security strategies, conducting needs assessments, and building the security organization.
- You are pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field with at least three completed semesters.
- You possess relevant work experience through previous internships.
- You are proficient in both German and English at a C1 level.
- You approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset and are eager to tackle new challenges.
