Customer Service Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Assistant to join our team at Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland. As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers, service advisors, and other departments to ensure efficient communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
- Manage customer interactions, including greeting, organizing, and servicing customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process and prepare service orders, including accepting and preparing repair orders for service advisors.
- Handle vehicle returns and provide clear explanations of charges and services provided.
- Be responsible for service dispositions and cash handling.
- Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Relevant work experience in the automotive sector.
- Certification is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of customer service orientation, with a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
