Total Rewards Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to join our team at the BRITA Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing total rewards programs that drive employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the company's business objectives
- Design and manage incentive programs that motivate employees and celebrate their achievements
- Collaborate with benefits vendors to negotiate and manage benefits administration
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Work closely with senior leadership and HR to align total rewards programs with overall business and talent strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits or total rewards management
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, employee engagement strategies, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful total rewards programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments
