Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Total Rewards and Employee Benefits Manager, der unsere Gesamtvergütungs- und Mitarbeiterleistungsstrategie weiterentwickelt und umsetzt. Als Teil unseres internationalen Teams werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Gestaltung unserer Vergütungs- und Leistungsprogramme spielen.
Ihre Aufgaben- Gestalten Sie unser Gesamtvergütungsportfolio und entwickeln Sie innovative Anreize, die das Engagement und die Arbeitszufriedenheit unserer Mitarbeiter fördern.
- Arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Führungskräften und der Personalabteilung zusammen, um unsere Vergütungs- und Leistungsprogramme mit unseren Geschäfts- und Talentstrategien abzustimmen.
- Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Wirksamkeit unserer Vergütungs- und Leistungsprogramme und entwickeln Sie kontinuierliche Verbesserungen.
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich (Master-Abschluss ist von Vorteil).
- 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources, mit Schwerpunkt auf Benefits oder Total Rewards Management.
- Fundiertes Verständnis für Benefits-Verwaltung, Mitarbeiter-Engagement-Strategien und eine Vorliebe für Datenanalyse.
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Aktuelle Kenntnisse des Arbeitsrechts und Compliance-Anforderungen.
