Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers within senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth
- Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts, addressing new customers acquisition and existing customers growth
- Drive sales cycles, including prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, developing and piloting, negotiating and closing sales, driving upsells and cross-sells
- Deliver appropriate presentations on products/services, conducting meetings with clients and strategic partners
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development
Requirements:
- 4+ years of business-to-business selling experience in industries such as banking, insurance, large telecommunications, and major B2C companies with a focus on call center automation and customer service sales, both internal and external
- Experience in prospecting, qualifying, cold-calling companies, as well as building high-level business relationships from scratch to closing deals
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide value propositions
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- High self-motivation, proactive and ambitious approach in achieving goals
- Strategic and creative approach to achieve professional efficiency in conditions of uncertainty and startup environment with frequent changes
- Hunger for learning and active search for opportunities to contribute
- Native German and advanced English languages
