Account Manager Role

Publicis Sapient is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As a key member of our Industry Client Partner team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and opening up project opportunities at existing and new clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of proposals and support in the negotiation of agreements focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for Publicis Sapient and its clients.
  • Take ownership of smaller clients, acting as their Publicis Sapient leader and ensuring their profitable year-over-year growth.
  • Establish strong relationships at mid to senior client levels to shape broader transformation agendas in collaboration with senior Client Partners.
  • Develop a relationship map for your own clients, including a 3–5-year vision and strategy, and manage tactical executions to sell the full Publicis Sapient portfolio.
  • Manage and ensure delivery expectations and satisfaction by orchestrating relevant delivery stakeholders.
  • Ensure all opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted in the Publicis Sapient CRM pipeline.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Publicis Sapient GTM offerings and solutions, cross-client line of businesses, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate a high level of performance and results in goal achievement.
  • Manage Publicis Internal stakeholders and build a dedicated and virtual team of experts.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in industry and professional services with demonstrated success and growth as a junior account manager or consultant.
  • First experience in navigating and growing larger accounts.
  • A passion for people, equality, and society.
  • Ability to develop and nurture trusted relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders via a strong industry POV and understanding of client needs.
  • Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous evolution and self-improvement, including cultivating learning agility, development of personal adaptability, and pursuit of excellence.
  • Flexible and mobile, able to work in a hybrid WFH, office, and travel environment as the role necessitates.
  • Experience in creating and presenting offers to customers, e.g., by answering RfPs.
