Strategic Retail Leader for Fashion Brand

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our new Stradivarius store in Bremen-WeserPark. You will lead a team of sales associates, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans, product displays, and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail manager who is passionate about fashion and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should have a proven track record of driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and developing strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty. Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a retail manager in a fashion brand or similar industry.
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, industry developments, and market conditions.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
