Retail Store Leader

The Retail Store Leader will be responsible for operating a retail store with a focus on brand and consumer experience. This individual will lead a team of store employees and create a customer service culture that meets high operational and brand standards.
Main Responsibilities- Delivering Store Targets: The Retail Store Leader will be accountable for achieving financial and retail targets, with a focus on net sales and profit. This individual will manage all resources within the store to provide consumers with a leading shopping experience and drive positive store experience NPS results.
- Sales and Business: The Retail Store Leader will be responsible for managing store P&L, understanding retail KPIs and financial KPIs, and diagnosing and addressing store strengths, opportunities, and efficiencies.
- Teamwork and Leadership: The Retail Store Leader will manage, lead, and partner with the store team to build a collaborative environment, leverage available tools to manage team performance, and promote a high-performance culture in the store.
- Customer Service, Brand & Product: The Retail Store Leader will mobilize store resources to deliver an exceptional consumer experience, act as a brand ambassador, and create a vibrant service and sales culture.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and use financial data to make decisions and influence outcomes.
- Comfortable with working in a matrix organization, dynamic retail environment.
- Performance/results-driven attitude, open to change, and act as an advocate for the 'new', creative, and collaborative mindset.
