We are seeking an exceptional Executive Store Director to lead our new Stradivarius store in Bremen, Germany.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the world's largest fashion companies and take your career to the next level. As an Executive Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase loyalty
  • Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and store displays to ensure a compelling customer experience
  • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize business performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
