Your Mission

At Predium, we're on a mission to fight climate change by reducing building emissions. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their sustainability goals.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their sustainability objectives.
  • You will collaborate with our Product and Sales teams to implement scalable solutions that drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • You will become an expert in sustainability and real estate, educating customers on best practices and industry trends.
  • You will be responsible for driving long-term customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring our customers remain loyal to our brand.
Your Profile
  • You have proven experience in managing customer relationships within a rapidly-growing B2B software company or from consulting.
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in German and English, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
  • You are driven, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
