We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our team in Germany, driving growth and success in this key market.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience, a strong drive to thrive in a dynamic environment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a team of sales, community, and operations managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Develop and execute profit-oriented strategies, aligning with business objectives and managing expenses effectively.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to steer sales efforts and implement solutions to enhance business performance.
  • Ensure exceptional member satisfaction and retention, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.
  • Partner with local community managers and associates to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and strong NPS results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate matters between the German market and HQ.
  • Monitor budgets, collections, KPIs, and market performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with HQ stakeholders to ensure goals are met, enhancing the Company's brand through PR efforts and events.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in managing a team and leading a business unit.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and German.
