The Role

Mindspace is seeking a skilled Regional Lead to oversee our operations in Germany, managing two sites in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf. This full-time position reports to the General Manager and involves:

  • Managing the local team, sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Collaborating with HQ to drive business performance and member satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow, and develop a team of sales, community, and operations managers.
  • Develop and implement profit-driven strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage sales efforts and implement solutions to improve business performance.
  • Drive member satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations across both sites.
  • Be the point of contact for corporate matters between the German market and HQ.
  • Monitor budgets, collection, KPIs, and market performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in managing a team and leading a business unit.
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
  • College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting, or similar.

  • Proven ability to drive revenue and/or build winning teams.
  • Fluent English and German.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
