As a Regional Lead, you will be responsible for leading our team in Germany, managing our Frankfurt and Düsseldorf sites, and driving the highest levels of member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, growing, and developing a team of sales, community, and operations managers
  • Developing and implementing profit-driven and cost-effective strategies aligned with building financials
  • Managing sales efforts and implementing solutions to improve business performance in the city
  • Accountable for driving the highest levels of member satisfaction and member retention
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operations run smoothly through Düsseldorf and Frankfurt branches
  • Monitoring budgets, collection, KPIs, and market performance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing a team and leading a business unit
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
  • College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting, or similar
  • MBA is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and/or build winning teams
  • Fluent English and German

  • Great communicator with the ability to clearly convey messages in written and oral form
  • Analytical skills, organizational skills, and good time-management are key for this position
  • Experienced working with people and managing cross-functional teams
