Helm AG's Chemicals Europe Team is Seeking a Driven Sales Professional

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth of our customer base within the DACH region. In this role, you will play a key part in establishing new relationships and identifying opportunities for our chemical products.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Focus on developing and nurturing relationships with customers in the DACH region, driving sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Generate new sales leads through proactive outreach, including inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively by scheduling appointments, qualifying leads, and tracking progress towards achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the chemical sector.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including business development, product management, and supply chain, to ensure seamless customer service and deliver tailored solutions.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a strong educational background in business administration or a related field, coupled with proven experience in sales within the chemical industry.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of sales processes and best practices specific to the chemical sector, including negotiation skills for supply and sales contracts.
  • Exhibit adaptability and flexibility in navigating dynamic environments and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English and German, with proficiency in common IT applications such as MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP.
