Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Development Specialist to spearhead our European top-of-the-funnel initiatives. This role requires a blend of exceptional communication abilities and a driven, goal-focused approach to business development. By integrating both inbound and outbound strategies, you will enhance the Europe sales pipeline by creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers to cultivate top-of-funnel opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture incoming leads.
- Design and implement outreach strategies, including call scripts, email communications, presentations, and other outreach materials.
- Articulate and deliver Personetics' value propositions and differentiation strategies.
- Maintain accurate data entry, tracking, and management using CRM systems, Salesforce, and SalesLoft.
- Conduct market analysis, provide insights, and share knowledge.
- Establish and nurture new business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory plans.
- Implement a clear and defined qualification process.
Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience in B2B Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative roles within Enterprise.
- Experience in finance, banking, or fintech is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business opportunities for enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- A results-driven, structured, and analytical individual with excellent communication skills.
