About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director Investments to join our Wealth Team at Mercer Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our investment services business in Germany and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including financial institutions, pension funds, and other institutional investors
  • Collaborate with our investment research team to provide expert advice and solutions to clients
  • Work closely with our local and global teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investment sales, product management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
  • Strong understanding of the German investment market and regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
