Investment Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director Investments to join our Wealth Team at Mercer Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our investment services business in Germany and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the institutional investor segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including pension funds, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
- Collaborate with our global investment research team to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
- Work closely with our local investment team in Germany to develop and implement investment strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other financial institutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment sales, with a strong track record of success in the institutional investor segment.
- Deep knowledge of the German investment market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
