About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled LSA/LCC Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the areas of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of project-specific contract documents related to LSA (psGD LSA / psGD S3000L)
  • Perform the following analyses:
    - Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) according to MIL-STD-1388 1A / 2B and ASD S3000L / S4000P
    - Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
    - Lifecycle Costing (LCC)
    - Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
    - Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety (RAMS) according to MIL-HDBK 338, MIL-STD-1629, MIL-HDBK 217
    - Failure Mode Effect (Critical) Analysis (FMEA / FMECA)
  • Research data in various fields (development, procurement, etc.) and ensure consistency between data from different sources
  • Determine spare part requirements and define a maintenance plan, ensuring consistency
  • Develop and manage the Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in accordance with the Design Engineering BOM
  • Support the Obsolescence Manager in creating material preservation and obsolescence management concepts, as well as adapting spare part requirements
Requirements
  • Completed degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ILS / LSA Engineering
  • Extensive experience in LSA
  • Thorough knowledge of recreating or modifying technical data according to MIL-STD-1388 and/or ASD S3000L / S4000P using Eagle, RAM Commander, Opus10, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of recreating and/or updating guidance documents related to LSA
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and specifications, including MIL STD 1388-1A and 2B and S3000L
  • Knowledge of the practical application and connections with ASD S1000D / S2000M / S3000L / S4000P
  • Experience in military maintenance and logistics structures (candidate should be familiar with requirements/military standards)
  • Proficiency in necessary software tools (Office, SAP, etc.)
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and action
  • Good self-organization, communication, and teamwork skills
