Our Marine Electrical Systems division offers cutting-edge system solutions tailored for technically demanding requirements, focusing on naval vessels, yachts, and various specialized ships. As a trusted partner to ship owners and shipyards globally, we take full responsibility for complex systems projects.

We are currently seeking a collaborative and open-minded Project Engineer for Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) to become a vital member of our Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support international projects related to Integrated Logistics/Product Support (ILS/IPS).
  • Conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Lifecycle Costing (LCC), and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) assessments.
  • Calculate LSA/ILS/LCC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on design documentation and validate against client specifications.
  • Identify and optimize maintenance, repair, and overhaul tasks to achieve designated ILS/LSA/LCC objectives.
  • Create, manage, and update LSA databases.
  • Research information from various departments (Purchasing, Production, Design, etc.) to ensure data consistency.
  • Assist the department manager in preparing proposals.
  • Collaborate with industrial partners and subcontractors.
  • Engage directly with clients (primarily shipyards) and military end-users.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience in ILS/LSA/RAMS, preferably within the maritime sector.
  • Strong background in Integrated Logistics Support.
  • Familiarity with relevant ILS standards, particularly the ASD Suite of specifications (S3000L / S4000P) or similar international standards (MIL-Std, etc.).
  • Experience working on military projects and with military clients.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to engage in military business.
